1、 No voltage or abnormal voltage

If there is no voltage or abnormal voltage, we should set the multimeter to DC 20 volts, and then use the red meter pen to touch the positive lithium battery cell and the black meter pen to touch the negative battery cell. If the multimeter shows no voltage or very low voltage, it means that the battery cell is damaged. Be sure to check if the positive and negative terminals of the protective board are reversed. If they are reversed, the charger will force the lithium battery pack to over discharge when charging.
