          The company's factory is currently located in Changping Town, Dongguan City, the capital of China's manufacturing industry. It is adjacent to the national innovation city of Shenzhen, known as the "Silicon Valley of China", and backed by the provincial capital city of Guangdong, Guangzhou, making it convenient for talent introduction, abundant supply resources, and convenient transportation; The factory covers an area of over 7000 square meters, with a building area of over 10000 square meters, a factory usage area of over 6600 square meters, and a dormitory usage area of over 4000 square meters.


          The company has a team of ~30 R&D engineers with many years of industry experience and its R&D capabilities in BMS & lithium battery protection boards and cleaning battery packs are at the industry leading level.  it has deep cooperation with well-known chip suppliers such as ST, National, and SinoWealth at home and abroad, and has mature solutions that have been verified by the market. It continuously optimizes and upgrades these solutions and has the ability to develop 5-8 new projects per month. It has also formed a strategic partnership with battery cell brands such as EVE, Tenpower, and Sunpower, which provides more advantageous supply channel resources.           In terms of product performance safety testing and quality testing, the company has a complete testing process and corresponding testing equipment in accordance with international standards, such as salt spray testing, aging testing, high temperature and high humidity testing, electrostatic testing, and temperature testing in the field of safety testing; Send out corresponding testing equipment for overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, and over-current tests during performance testing. Simultaneously equipped with a sample placement machine to confirm the correctness of sample materials and sample efficiency.

          The SMT workshop currently has 5 fully automatic surface mount machine production lines, with approximately 20 production employees, including 2 IPQC and 5 technicians. Having complete process standards and high-precision testing standards, equipped with SPI detector to ensure solder paste printing covers all component positions, and AOI device position detector to ensure product quality consistency, the daily production capacity can reach 30000pcs.

          The company currently has 8 DIP production lines, with a total of about 120 production employees in the DIP workshop, including 2 packaging lines, 3 power-related special lines, and 3 cleaning-related special lines. The BMS production capacity is 11,000 pcs per day, and the cleaning-related PCBA production capacity is 10,000 pcs per day.
          

          Pack currently has two semi-automatic assembly lines and one fully automatic pack line. There are about 55 employees in the workshop, including 2 IPQC and 3 technicians equipped with a complete test process and test equipment. It includes the test PC software and aging rack developed by our company, and the daily production capacity of the workshop can reach 8000pcs battery pack.
